great location spacious room breakfast variety faulty air conditioning few plugs poor insulation
i loved that it was so close to everything! it was like a five-minute walk to the christmas market and grand place , i was very happy about that. our room felt massive and very cozy , a real treat after a long day. breakfast had a huge variety of options at a great price , it really set us up for the day.
the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly , it was quite warm in the room. we noticed there weren't many electric plugs on each side of the bed. the room was not well insulated , i could hear a fair amount of noise.

I found the location really good and central to everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had great varieties. I thought the bathroom was lovely.

underwhelming experience
non-functioning ports winter setting
i found the lack of attention to detail frustrating. the air conditioning was supposedly on winter setting in june. i got a fan as a solution instead of proper cooling. also, many of the usb charging ports in my room did not function..
